IS IT POSSIBLE TO TEST YOUR SERVICES?

ON WHICH DEVICES CAN I TEST THE SERVICES?
GENERAL TECHNICAL
You can test the services on all implemented devices, namely mobile phones and tablets running Android system (from version 4.3) and iOS (from version 7.0), in all available Web browsers and through a set-top box. If you are interested, you can rent the set-top box for testing purposes.

WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR YOUR SERVICES AND IS SOME FIXED PAYMENT INCLUDED IN THE BILLING?
GENERAL
At the beginning, you will pay a small activation fee for allocation of HW and configuration of IPTV services on our servers. Other fees are monthly and correspond to real sale of services. We charge only those connections you have in the system. There is no mandatory minimum monthly billing.

WHICH TV CHANNELS AND PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE?
GENERAL
The current list will be sent to you by a sales representative as part of our offer. Program schedule is very lively part of our platform. Nowadays TV channels come and go overnight, that´s why it is not published anywhere. The basis of our services are 3 basic packages Basic, Basic+, Standard and Max. Besides these basic packages there are several thematic ones, which can be ordered in addition to packages Basic+, Standard a Max.

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN PROGRAM SCHEDULE?

In case we provide you complex services including streams and contract with programmers and copyright protection associations, you must use only our offered packages.

WHAT IS THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MONITORING OF IPTV SERVICES?
GENERAL TECHNICAL
Individual systems of IPTV services are monitored 24 hours 7 days a week (24/7). On each component is monitored to the utilization level of physical servers. These values are monitored and when exceeding normal operating parameters, the system automatically sends status change via mail and text messages to colleagues from the “helpdesk” department who will deal with the problem according to the character of the state of components. Possible errors are described in detail in one of the annexes of the contract including reaction time and deadlines for removing errors.

WHAT IS NECESSARY TO RUN UNICAST SERVICES?
TECHNICAL
Running the unicast services is very simple and fast. It is necessary to sign a contract, to tell us the range of IP addresses of your network on which the IPTV service will be provided, due to compliance with licensing agreements with programmers. Colleagues will insert all into the system, they will perform basic configuration and prepare the services for production release. If everything goes as it should, it is not an exception that the services would be running the following day.

YOU ARE ONE OF THE FEW COMPANIES OFFERING MULTICAST AND UNICAST DISTRIBUTION OF STREAM. WHAT IS BETTER FOR ME?
TECHNICAL
It depends on what network you are running and what is its throughput. Generally, we can say that multicast distribution of streams is intended for large-capacity optical networks with higher number of connections, where advantages of multicast distribution can be used. On the other hand, unicast distribution works with transcoded streams, that are more suitable for example for wireless networks.

WHAT DATA FLOW IS NEEDED FOR SD AND HD CHANNELS IN UNICAST SERVICE?

SD channels have data flow of 1,8 Mbps (VBR – variabile bitrate – according to the type of scene the data flow changes, the more dynamic, the higher the data flow), HD channel has data flow of 5 Mbps (VBR – variabile bitrate – according to the type of scene the data flow changes, the more dynamic, the higher the data flow).

IS IT POSSIBLE TO WATCH IPTV ON SMART TV, DO YOU HAVE AN APPLICATION FOR SAMSUNG OR LG TV?
DEVELOPMENT TECHNICAL
Yes, it is possible. We have an app for both Samsung and LG smart TVs. We also support Hisense and all smart TVs running on the Android TV system.

CAN CUSTOMERS WATCH TV STATIONS ON MOBILE DEVICES EVEN OUTSIDE THE RANGE OF OUR NETWORK?
GENERAL TECHNICAL
This option is not possible yet. Currently we are conducting negotiations with representatives of television stations on the conditions of watching TV channels without any link to a closed network but we don´t have all the documents yet. It is clear that watching TV without links to the network will not be possible for all TV channels and even for all TV shows. We also know that it will be charged because of the different licensing of programs.
